Inside Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant 2011, Part II: Deaerator Corridor and Unit 1 Control Room » P1020053
West end of the Unit 1 Main Control Room, as seen from the shift supervisor’s desk. “A” Desk is the left most desk, containing controls for the reactor. Behind it are the core map display linked to the “SKALA” computer (left) and the servo display that indicates core insertion of control rods, movable instrumentation, startup sources, etc. Part of “P” Desk (the pump operator’s desk) can be seen at the right side of the screen. A lit CRT behind this desk shows work ongoing in the Central Hall (the reactor fueling face).
Isn’t this is the East end Of unit 1 control room???
