Main steam and feedwater lines at the Unit 1 side of Vogtle, leaving the nuclear side of the plant. These lines pass under the sidewalk to the turbine building, accompanied by tangible heat and a considerable roar above the grate. The energy being transported by the mass flow of this steam amounts to more than three billion watts.
